Buy at Vatic ProOur 1–10 ratings, built from the maker’s published specs and scored the same way for every brand. How we score
Calculated from our four ratings, weighted for each kind of player. How these are weighted
On our spec-based scale it rates 9.5 for power: the all-foam core, 8.05 oz weight and 16.5 in elongated shape add power. Vatic Pro's comparison chart lists it as high power and high pop.
A 16 mm core gives it a control rating of 8; the elongated shape trades some control for reach. Vatic Pro doesn't name the face material under the Evergrit texture, so the face earns no material points on our scale.
Evergrit and the elongated shape earn spin points, but Vatic Pro doesn't name the face material underneath, so the face itself earns none, giving a spin rating of 9. Several verified buyers on Vatic Pro's site report the Evergrit texture wearing smooth in the sweet spot within days or weeks, despite Vatic Pro calling it long-lasting grit; buyer feedback doesn't change our scores.
A 7.5 in face and 16 mm core give it a sweet-spot rating of 8.5.
Each section is our analysis of the manufacturer’s published specs unless it says otherwise.
Manufacturer data
Vatic Pro publishes a swing weight of 116 for the Elongated.
Vatic Pro lists a 5.5 in handle: long enough for most players who hit two-handed backhands. The grip circumference is 4.125 in, the most common size; players with larger hands often add an overgrip. At about 8.05 oz, it is in the mid-weight range most paddles fall into. Comfort is personal: grip size, handle length and weight are the published specs that affect it most.
Manufacturer data
A published twist weight of 6.35, the lowest of the Vatic Pro shapes we review, as expected from the narrower face.
Manufacturer information
The V-Sol Tour uses the same floating EPP foam core and EVA foam perimeter ring as the V-Sol Pro, finished with Evergrit, a surface Vatic Pro calls "long-lasting grit". Vatic Pro doesn't name the face material under the Evergrit texture. The handle has two polyurethane inserts to reduce shock. It includes a paddle cover. Vatic Pro offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser (it excludes normal wear, grip tape and fading graphics). Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery: full credit needs a new, unused paddle in its original packaging, items that can't be resold may carry a 20% restocking fee, and $6 is deducted for the return label.
Manufacturer description and buyer feedback
Vatic Pro's comparison chart lists the V-Sol Tour as high power and high pop with a linear, responsive feel, while its product page describes a soft, controlled feel around the net. As of October 2026, Vatic Pro's site shows an average of 4.8 out of 5 from 100+ verified-buyer reviews across every shape. In the most recent reviews, buyers most often mention its spin and grit, followed by power and control. The low ratings center on the Evergrit surface: several buyers say the grit wore smooth in the sweet spot within days or weeks. One buyer who bought both the Elongated and Flash says both lost spin. Reviews cover every V-Sol Tour shape. The grit-wear reports are consistent, but buyer feedback doesn't change our scores.

View review →Per Vatic Pro's own comparison, the Prism is its control paddle with a plush feel, the Saga its all-court paddle, the V-Sol Pro a high-power foam-core paddle and the V-Sol Tour its high-power, high-pop foam-core paddle with an Evergrit surface. The Prism and Saga usually cost a little less than the two V-Sol paddles.
Vatic Pro makes three shapes: the elongated V7 (16.5 x 7.5 in) for reach and power, the hybrid Flash (about 16.3 x 7.7 in) as its versatile all-court option, and the wide Bloom (16 x 8 in) for speed, stability and control. Flash and V7 come with a standard (5.3 in) or long handle.
Approved: the V-Sol Tour Elongated 16 mm is on the USA Pickleball approved paddle list (checked 2026-10-02).
Vatic Pro calls Evergrit long-lasting grit, but several verified buyers on its site report it wearing smooth in the sweet spot within days or weeks. Buyer feedback doesn't change our spec-based spin rating, but it is worth weighing before you buy.
